LAUREN BOOTH
Lauren is a broadcaster and journalist, outspoken on issues as diverse as the war in Iraq and growing up as the child of alcoholics. She has presented shows for TV and radio and regularly guests on programmes across the media. She will be presenting at UKESAD on Why is sympathy for abused children jettisoned when they grow up – and how can we prevent it?

Lauren has regular columns in the Mail on Sunday and writes features for the Sunday Times and Femail. She is also a regular on the Richard and Judy Show. She is a panelist on BBC’s political discussion show Dateline London and reviews newpapers live for Sky News, BBC1 and News 24.

Lauren lives in France and is a sister-in-law of former UK prime minister Tony Blair. In 2006 she was a contestant on ITV reality show I’m a Celebrity... Get me out of here!, donating the money she raised to the Interpal charity.
