Voluntary organisations:
If paid before 31 Mar 2008	£140/day or £325 for 3 days
If paid after 31 Mar 2008	£154/day or £357 for 3 days
Public/private sector organisations:
If paid before 31 Mar 2008	£154/day or £375 for 3 days
If paid after 31 Mar 2008	£195/day or £425 for 3 days

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EXHIBITORS AND DELEGATES:

Bookings cancelled between 1-31 March 2008: 50% of fee payable.
Bookings cancelled after 31 March 2008: full fee payable.
