A brief walk from Tower Hill Tube Station or Fenchurch Street British Rail, this light-filled spacious hotel has panoramic views over two World Heritage sites: Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, as well as St Katherine's Dock. Lunch, mid-morning and mid-afternoon refreshments are provided.

ACCESS DETAILS, DELIVERY & COLLECTION DETAILS
All exhibitors will be given labels for their parcels, indicating all necessary information. The labels will also be available on this page to download and print.
The labels will be clearly marked with venue contact and address, your organisation's name and stand number, no of cases, collection date from venue (Monday 13 May), name of courier/delivery service to and from venue and their telephone. If a courier is collecting your display materials after the conference, simply stack everything on your table on Saturday 11 May and use the collection labels from us.
Exhibitors can set up display materials from 10pm on Wednesday 8 May or 7am on Thursday 9 May 2013.
