Lunch, mid-morning and mid-afternoon refreshments are provided.
You can also network, meet business contacts and/or relax in the hotel's reception area, or its three restaurants, as well as in the seating areas provided around the exhibitors' stands.

ACCESS DETAILS, DELIVERY & COLLECTION DETAILS
Exhibitors can set up display materials from 9pm on Wednesday 13 May. More details will be provided nearer the date.
It is anticipated parcels will need to be clearly marked with delivery date to venue (7 May earliest), no of cases, collection date from venue (Monday 17 May), name of courier/delivery service to and from venue. Parcels not clearly labelled can get lost. If a courier is collecting your display materials after the conference, simply stack everything on your table on Saturday 15 May and label parcels UKESAD collection, giving same details.
